How returns work

Need to return an order or item for a refund or exchange? The process is fast and easy.

1. Provide information about your order, what you wish to return, and if you would like a refund or exchange

2. We'll provide a form to print and include with your return

3. Send the your item(s) to our returns processing centre.

Your return will generally be actioned within 3 days of it arriving at at our processing centre, but at peak times it can take longer.

Here are a couple of things to note:

- Goods can be returned within 100 days of dispatch

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in bad condition (like soiled products, and products covered in animal or human hair).

- Products that include DLC codes cannot be returned

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation e-mail.
Please use the same e-mail address that you used when placing your order.
